Prior to starting Ignition, Sri's experiences include working with c-level executives on: operational/financial turnaround of organizations, creation and optimization of global operations, and the development of process and product innovations.
John Manzella is Chief Strategy Officer at Ignition. He also is a world-recognized speaker, author of several books, and a nationally syndicated columnist on global business, emerging risks and economic trends.
His views have appeared in The Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Chicago Tribune, Bloomberg, NPR, Houston Chronicle, Denver Post, American City Business Journals, and other papers in China, Mexico and around the world. His books include Global America: Understanding Global and Economic Trends and How To Ensure Competitiveness, Grasping Globalization: It’s Impact and Your Corporate Response, and Mexico & NAFTA: The Real Impact.
John also is chair of the Upstate New York District Export Council, a position appointed by the U.S. Secretary of Commerce, and founder of both the ManzellaReport.com, a premier source for global business and economic analysis, and Manzella Trade Communications Inc., a public affairs, publishing and consulting firm.
Don Hahn is Chief Growth Officer of Ignition. He also is a life-long sales professional and trainer.
Don delivers blended learning experiences including sales and sales management training, leadership workshops, and executive coaching — all of which serve as the foundation for all top performing companies. A certified Franklin Covey Coach, Don has worked with hundreds of businesses and thousands of sales professionals in creating change-ready organizations. As a leading talent manager, Don is a member of TTI’s elite Chairman’s Circle and a chosen member of TTI’s International Faculty.
Prior to founding Hahn Training in 2000, Don spent over 25 years in Fortune 500 firms as a successful sales rep, coach and advisor. As a sales leader he has spearheaded channel development, and marketing and sales operations for global sales enterprises from start-ups to Fortune 50 Firms. Don lives up to his tagline: “All Things Sales.”
Active in the community, Don is past president of the Buffalo Niagara Sales and Marketing Executives (BNSME), a mentor and reactor at UB’s Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership, and Center for Leadership and Organizational development, and former board member of the Amherst Chamber of commerce.
Ben Kujawinski is Principal at Ignition. He has more than 20 years of value-driven success in Western, New York manufacturing, including over 15 years implementing and optimizing QMS systems, risk management plans, and executive strategy. Ben also brings executive leadership to the team after serving as Vice President of Operations at Taylor Devices, Inc. until 2019.
His core competencies support operational excellence in functional areas such as engineering, manufacturing, machining, supply chain, production control, assembly, and testing operations. Ben promotes LEAN techniques as part of the QMS development process and specializes in real world problem solving, High EQ leadership, and team building.
